Initiate Your Request
Log into your MEDELCO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return until it reaches our warehouse.
